SHORT FILM RAGE AND PASSION

Production EMary offers the opportunity for a novice or qualified filmmaker to create a short film from an epic scene from the hot new trilogy Rage et Passion, which will be selected by a jury.
Eligibility criteria
- The contest is open to all novice or qualified filmmakers.
- The candidate must fill out and attach the Rage et Passion Short Film registration form.
- The short film must have a maximum duration of 7 minutes, including opening and closing credits.
- Regardless of the medium used for filming the proposed scene, the short film must be submitted online via a downloadable link (Youtube, WeTransfert, Facebook or others).
- The short film must contextualize the first meeting between two characters from the story, Déreck Dumondvill, a young university student in his twenties, and Sunsya Zamie, a Latin dance enthusiast in her twenties. (See the proposed scene L’apéro de danse.)
- The scene L'apéro de danse must be shot indoors in a location that serves as an Internet café. This scene can be shot day or night.
- The two characters are Déreck Dumondvill and Sunsya Zamie. (See character sheet)
- The number of extras is 0 to 10.
- To optimize their chances of having their short film selected by the jury and to better identify with the characters, participants can read the young adult novel.
