REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: The Wave Rule

"At EMary Production, every shipment is a mission of passion."

  • Book Bundles: Given the exclusive nature of our prints (Volumes 1 & 2), all firm bundle sales are final. No refunds are granted once the order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Damage: If your copies arrive damaged by the carrier, contact production within 48 hours of receipt with photo proof. We will exchange the damaged copies so that your students receive the quality they deserve.

  • Services and Partnerships: Fees related to conference or film set presence services are governed by the specific terms of your partnership agreement.
